Inspirational sequencing plants the seeds for growth and integration of the body, mind, and spirit. Come explore the key actions of asanas and common misalignments so that we may provide a safe container for students. We'll examine the efficacy of moving from the simple to the complex (vinyasa krama) within the asanas, as well as how to weave an inspirational theme into a class. Combining all of these components and working as a collective, we'll end by creating a sequence that can be taken home and put into practice.

**This class has been approved by American Council on Exercise (ACE) for 0.2 CECs.**
