Limited Capacity seats available

The prevalence of arm balances and inversions in modern yoga has risen sharply with the potency of social media. As the interests in these postures has increased, more and more students expect them to be included in most classes. This full-day intensive is designed to provide yoga teachers with the ability to teach arm balances and inversions safely, effectively, and progressively. You will learn a categorization system that organizes arm balances and inversions into 8 families: “Side Plank Family,” “Bakasana Family,” “Pick Up and Lift Off Family,” “Hip and Hamstring Family” “Handstand Family,” “Forearm Balance Family,” “Headstand Family,” and “Shoulderstand Family.” By learning the families of arm balances, you will be able to break down every posture within these families and teach them more effectively and safely to your students. You’ll also learn to become more proficient in these postures in your personal practice.
