In this experience-based class, you will be guided through a dynamic practice in order to access potency, vitality and the source of nurturance. Rooted in principles that are outlined in traditional hatha yoga texts, the practice will illuminate the essential teaching on how to build and contain vital force at the navel center. Some key theory will shed light on this approach to practice and will lead into a deepening practice.
