Meditation for Type-A Brains that Can’t Stop Thinking
Limited Capacity seats available

We close our eyes, and we can clearly see a life we haven’t lived yet – the people we know we were born to be. We can see the art we’ve always wanted to create, the fulfilling relationships that haven’t transpired, and the dreams we have yet to manifest. But somehow, we get “too busy” to actually make it all happen. If you are ready to learn how to use meditation to break through fear and step fully into your power, this class is perfect for you. Meditation is much more than just a way to relieve stress. When approached properly, it sends you on an express elevator to your life’s purpose. This workshop-style class will teach you about Active Meditation and give you tangible takeaways that you can use right away to next-level your life, unlock your creativity, and ignite your passion.

The Tantra of Meditation
Limited Capacity seats available

Meditation is the path to the pinnacle of yoga. Tantra’s approach to meditation is widely varied, offering unique approaches as well as tried and true methods—all of which make it as practical as it is far-reaching, as systematic as it is sublime. Through practice, theory and discussion we explore the richness and diversity of the tantric tradition’s approach to meditation. During the course you will be guided into three distinct practices, providing you first-hand experience and insight into its diversity and processes. You will learn about the four principle intentions of meditation and the practices that provide access to each. You will experience the three stages of practice and their corresponding “sites” in the body. You will learn how to advance and shape your practice to fulfill your individual needs or the needs of your students. All levels welcome.

Props recommended: A blanket or meditation cushion.
