Yin 'On The Rocks'
Limited Capacity seats available

Yin Yoga is quiet, subtle, and deep. Its physical purpose is to work beneath the muscle tissue delving into our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, cartilage, and the deepest facial networks in the body. Emotionally, it's one hell of a release! This great transformative system coupled with a charged opening sequence to get the body hot and juicy, is the perfect complement to old and new, hard and soft, slow and fast, yin and yang.

Mostly asana.

Hip Openers, Twists, and Forward Bends
Limited Capacity seats available

Mobilizing and strengthening the hips is critical for a stable pelvis and emotional equanimity. Opening the hips enhances the sitting position, which in turn helps with the stability of the foundation for twists. Twists release the spine, thereby freeing it for forward bends. Aadil will progressively teach hip openers to seated twists to bring the vital force from the pelvis up towards the heart, and end in forward bends to soothe the nerves and calm the intellect.
