Join this rare opportunity to spend an entire day learning directly from living yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra. Sri Dharma has devoted 50 years of his life to both teaching yoga and deep yoga practice. In this workshop, you will experience many of the main techniques and approaches from the Dharma Yoga system. Particular attention will be on yoga nidra and looking at the way this powerful form of guided meditation can be combined with other Yogic practices to their mutual benefit.
